We service the Central Valley and all of California. Meet and greets are a way for us to have a formal introduction. It is also a way for us to see your needs and give better estimates. We want you to feel confident and comfortable!
Half payment is now required DAY OF Scheduling. This holds your spot on the calendar and allows us to accommodate reasonable reschedules.
We accept zelle, venmo, check or cash.
If you choose to use venmo a fee will be added due to instant transfer fees.
We do NOT accept credit cards.
If your half payment doesn't go through you will not be allowed to keep your original scheduled date.
You are responsible for paying the full amount after I've determined the service is completed. The full payment amount will be required at the end of your scheduled day. We will take legal action if you do not pay in full for your services.
We do have late fees if you have not paid on time. In addition non-refundable payments and cancelation fees are all listed in the official policy agreement that is sent in an email.
We are happy to accommodate a reschedule. We understand illness and family emergencies are a part of life. However, sometimes you can't be moved right away or close to your original date. We are typically booked out a month or two in advance. If I can't move you right away you will have to be patient. With this being said you are responsible for keeping your appointment. We do try our best to give clients a reminder.
Unfortunately we've had to add this because "forgetting" a scheduled appointment is not acceptable. Neither is changing your mind the day of your scheduled appointment. Other people would love to take your place on the calendar. Some people wait months to get on it. Last minute cancelations will have fees and penalties.
A lot has changed since we first started services. Its not often, but we've encountered people with bad intentions. These policies and contracts are to protect myself, my company, and those I employ.
